Lynsey Jordan began her construction career early in life. At the age of 14, she went to work for her step-father’s construction company and spent every summer gutting houses and learning how to build new structures. At a young age, these experiences taught her the importance of a project schedule and the amount of work and dedication that goes into meeting a deadline.
Lynsey graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. From 2006 to 2015, she worked as a civil engineer and project coordinator for an architectural/engineering design firm. The majority of her time was spent in the retail/commercial and site development department. With her technical background, communication skills, and enthusiastic personality, Lynsey was able to seamlessly manage projects from pre-design to construction. During this time, she established relationships with municipalities and governing agencies throughout the US and has developed a unique skillset for obtaining permits.
Lynsey Jordan recognized the need to expedite permits and started Permit Solutions, Inc. in 2015. With her background and experience, she is able to offer many additional services to aid in the success of your project. Her effort and technique of working with the client and jurisdiction as a team has reduced turn-around times, decreased costs, and started construction ahead of schedule.
